The Reunion is one of the largest gatherings of
Veterans in the Northeast. The main focus is on Vietnam Vets, but
the highlight of the weekend is a Memorial Service honoring
all Veterans.
We
pay tribute to the fallen, remember the missing, and celebrate the
living. A special salute is given to those currently serving in our
Military.
It is a time to laugh, a time to cry, and a time to
remember. We were deeply honored to host the Traveling Wall last
year, but are even more honored to "Welcome Home" our Veterans.
The Association provides free food and
entertainment to all attendees. There are no fees and no vendors.
At our first reunion in 2000, we drew about 300 people. Over 1000
Veterans and their families participated in the 2007 Reunion!
Of course, as attendance has grown
so have expenses, and if you can support this Veterans Gathering it
would be deeply appreciated.
